Your responsibilities
Preparation of conversion budget and binding offers, including respective service cost.
Proactive follow up with customers on open conversion offers, ensuring to translate the offers into sales orders.
Execute internal training on existing and newly available conversions at KHS. Training and coaching team members to enable them proactively promote conversion.
Reporting accurately the conversions order/offer status in the local used system.
Create timely internal and external reports.
Act as the first point of escalation for all conversion queries and/or complaints.
Your profile
B.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Project Management or MBA would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in KHS products or/and machinery within the beverage industry.
Good knowledge of KHS technology; knowledge about specific market requirements, Networking with local customers, knowledge of sales process.
Knowledge on the following tools: SAP B1 & S 4 Hana
Excellent spoken and written English, French or German skills would be an advantage.
Profound Knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Broad technical understanding & service engineering
