Your responsibilities

  • Working closely with the project management team on supervising / system maintenance projects on OneKHS processes (KHS measurable KPI’s).
  • Preparation & understanding of spreadsheets for project cost breakdowns and dashboard controlling (project milestone roadmap).  Attendance in controlling meetings for improvements / requests from controlling team (international).
  • Controller / tracking of project deviations with the project management team for proper descriptions and guidelines to be followed for maintaining the Multi-Project Management Cockpit.

Your profile

  • Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • One year or more experience in project coordination/management in capital equipment manufacturing
  • ERP experience required; SAP specifically preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI
