For over 150 years KHS has been a reliable partner for sustainable, efficient and durable filling and packaging systems and solutions. We aim to provide our customers in the beverage and liquid food industries not only with first-class technology at the highest level but also to maintain long-term partnerships with them. Our commitment goes above and beyond individual projects – we are always at our clients’ side and believe in close cooperation.

Through our worldwide service network, we guarantee fast response times on site and are continuously further developing our products so that we can always offer our customers intelligent plant equipment. Our customer relations are marked by many years of worldwide cooperation, often lasting several decades. There is a KHS system in operation in practically every country of the world, with our high quality requirement applicable to every single location. - Our expertise in beer filling is of the first hour; we provide reliable filling and packaging systems for glass and PET bottles, cans and kegs for breweries of all sizes worldwide. One good example of this is our Innofill Glass DRS ECO filling system that can be used for low-oxygen filling at a considerably reduced CO2 consumption of up to 60%.
- We have been successfully working on pioneering systems for PET for over 45 years, focusing on finding the ideal properties for plastic containers and a manufacturing process that saves on materials and energy. Our latest-generation stretch blow molder, the InnoPET Blomax V, demonstrates how we can take our recipe for success to even greater heights. Thanks to the innovative Double Gate heating concept (DoGa), up to 40% in energy can be saved over its predecessor model.
- Our holistic KHS Loop LITE packaging concept is also something of a pioneer. The extremely light, circular 0.5-liter [r]PET bottle with a recyclable barrier for highly carbonated beverages combines numerous ecological and economic benefits in a single container. These include, for instance, our unique Nature MultiPack container system that does away entirely with secondary film packaging by using dots of adhesive instead, plus caps that are firmly affixed to the bottle (tethered caps).
- Our system solutions are becoming more and more intelligent and autonomous. Whether modern management systems for complete production processes or individual service products which optimize and modernize existing machinery, we offer a full range of digital products which, individually or together with other solutions, help to increase the amount of added value throughout the system’s entire life cycle.
