The story of ZVT started in 1990 when Kisters took over ZEVA and founded ZVT (ZEVA Verpackungstechnik) in Bad Arolsen, Germany. The company specialized in packaging machinery for the beverage and food industries, manufacturing various multipackers and high-performance packers. In 2000 ZVT was integrated into the Kisters Group which in turn became part of the KHS Group in 2002.
