The report reveals that KHS is the best company in its sector based in North Rhine-Westphalia and is also one of the top 100 concerns in the overall ranking.
Each year BurdaNews GmbH elects Germany's best employers in a special edition of FOCUS magazine. According to the publisher the rating is based on objective, journalistic criteria and assessment by personnel within and outside the company. The KHS Group is thus in the best company; well-known system manufacturers such as Trumpf and Bosch are also among the top five.
Rolf Staab, head of the Central Human Resources Division at KHS, considers the accolade to be proof of a high degree of employee satisfaction. New methods, such as an internal crowdsourcing system, promote the joy of invention. The many topics covered by KHS campus, the further training platform for KHS employees, include personnel development courses on various innovation skills, such as seminars on creativity techniques and methodological skills.
