The successful story with UNI-PRESIDENT
UNI-PRESIDENT ENTERPRISES CORP. (abbreviated to “UNI-PRESIDENT” in this article) is one of the top beverage and instant noodles producers in China. Its business started in Mainland China in 1992. Founded in 1967 in Taiwan China, UNI-PRESIDENT is one of the biggest local food and beverage enterprise in China, as well as one of the biggest players in Asian beverage & food industry. In Mainland China, more than 30 plants have been established to produce a series of beverages including juice, tea, milk tea, coffee and mineral water etc. All these products are well known in Chinese market due to their high quality and reliability. The annual turnover is USD 13.9 billion.
As early as in 2002, KHS Corpoplast started the first cooperation with UNI-PRESIDENT. At that time, UNI-PRESIDENT ordered two Blomax 16D Series III stretch blow moulding machines in the output @38,000bph from KHS Corpoplast, which were respectively installed in their Kunshan and Beijing factory in China for their aseptic lines. The high machine efficiency and excellent after-sales service of KHS Corpoplast has won the trust from UNI-PRESIDENT, who gave another three more orders for two Blomax 24C and one 20C Series III Compact respectively for the output of 36,000 bph and 43,200 bph for their aseptic lines. Since then, the cooperative relationship between KHS Corpoplast and UNI-PRESIDENT has become even closer.
To meet customer’s four key requirements for less energy consumption, higher per cavity output, better efficiency and lower operation cost, KHS Corpoplast has conducted an investigation on the worldwide market. In the end of 2009, Series IV stretch blow molder was officially launched into market, capable of meeting the a.m. four requirements. The outstanding machine performance has brought KHS Corpoplast InnoPET Blomax Series IV stretch blow molder to a leading position in the China beverage market.
With the rapid growth and development of UNI-PRESIDENT in China, UNI-PRESIDENT started to enhance its investment in aseptic production lines, and has emphasized more on lower energy consumption and more stable machine performance. KHS Corpoplast Series IV stretch blow molder were met with the expectation of UNI-PRESIDENT.
Up to 2014, UNI-PRESIDENT showed their willingness to work with KHS Corpoplast again and purchased in total 20 of InnoPET Blomax Series IV machines, the models from 12 – 28 cavities, from the output of 26,000 bph to 54,000 bph. The remarkable energy saving, stable machine performance, extremely fast start up and smaller machine footprint with compact design of Blomax Series IV machines have been won the appreciation from UNI-PRESIDENT.
