Systems are designed for multi-shift operation and offer high availability. Lines can be provided as standard for 0.5 l refillable glass bottles in capacities up to 24,000, 36,000, 48,000 and 60,000 bottles/h. Beer can also be bottled in 0.33 l refillable glass bottles as an alternative. As well as our standard lines, we can of course offer solutions for turnkey systems customized to your requirements on request.

All of our systems are equipped with technologically sophisticated, high-quality individual machines. A particular highlight of the range is the Innoclean DM double-end bottle washing machine. You are assured of sparkling and microbiologically perfect results, even with severely contaminated bottles, thanks to centered bottle rinsing. The integral label extractor carefully removes loose labels from the system, thus preventing re-contamination. Our flexible Innofill Glass DRS filler achieves accurate filling results by using a probe to measure the filling level, and perceptibly reduces your energy and media usage thanks to the integral ECO vacuum pump. The Innocheck EBI empty bottle inspector checks the whole bottle at the bottle infeed, channels faulty containers out of the system immediately, and is also distinguished by its self-cleaning light source. The central control unit comprising the powerful Innocheck CUB and a flexible software platform sets standards in modularization and intelligently combines all inspection technologies.
