Our filling systems for carbonated soft drinks enable you to achieve high product quality as well as accurately matched CO₂ content of your soft drink. From filling, pasteurizing, packing and palletizing to the necessary inspection equipment, we are a one-stop shop for the whole line. Systems are designed for multi-shift operation, provide a fault-free and efficient filling process and thus enable you to achieve high availability. Lines can be provided as standard for 0.33 l non-refillable aluminum cans in capacities up to 36,000, 72,000, 90,000 and 120,000 cans/h. As well as our standard lines, we can of course offer solutions for turnkey systems customized to your requirements on request.

All of our systems are equipped with technologically sophisticated, high-quality individual machines. The Innopro Paramix C two-component mixer is ideally suitable for perfect degassing/mixing and carbonating in the smallest possible space and is predestined for preventing syrup and product loss thanks to the KHS minBrix controller. The high-capacity Innofill Can DMD canning machine easily achieves top filling performance while maintaining accurate filling levels, and our fully automatic Innopack Kisters TSP Advanced packer offers extremely varied packing options and excellent packing quality. With its very high availability, our packer sets the standard in its class.
