Designed for multi-shift operation, our systems give you high machine availability. The setup is flexible, filling many different shapes and sizes of bottle at varying rates of up to 30,000 bottles per hour.

From glass bulk depalletizing via filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing to the necessary inspection equipment, we can supply you with a complete line from a single source.

In order to meet any number of specific requirements, such as the optimum labeling of different bottle designs and surfaces, we have developed the Innofill Glass NRF filler without filling tube draining and the ultramodern Innofill Glass NRT with a vacuum device. The filling system is complemented by the Innoline BRT line control which enables you to achieve maximum line outputs with minimum machine downtimes and extremely gentle container conveying. The bottles are packaged and palletized by the intelligent, robotic Innopal PBN system. The tried-and-tested Innopack PPZ and Innopack Kisters WP packers ensure product-friendly packaging.

Our Innofill filling systems are distinguished by their extreme durability and reliability. Experience gained at various customer plants has shown that it is not unusual for these machines to be in operation for 30 years or more. Implementing a parallel bottle infeed on two lines has proved especially productive in practice, allowing different bottle shapes (such as oval and square) to be fed into the system.
