Just as important as the fast and hygienic filling of a beverage is that it’s adequately and securely sealed. Our Innocheck TSI (Tamper-evident Seal Inspection) module checks that the closures on your products are intact and correctly seated and that there are no signs of damage. Here, the TSI generates high-resolution, 360° images of your PET container closures using just two cameras and independently assesses their criteria, regardless of whether PET screw caps, metal caps or even sports caps are under scrutiny. Tethered caps can also be easily assessed by the unit using an AI-assisted algorithm. The Innocheck TSI helps you to diligently inspect your container closures. The machine can check up to 90,000 bottle caps an hour for you without any problems whatsoever.

The Innocheck TSI scores with its simple, intuitive operation and high degree of flexibility provided by its modular software structure. Its all-round view enables the tiniest defects on the tamper-evident seal to be detected and even black caps can be inspected without error thanks to its sophisticated lighting.

What’s more, our tamper-evident seal inspector can be expanded as required. There are various additional inspection systems available, from closure presence through closure color and correct product assignment to container code inspection.
