The Innopack Kisters WSP Advanced is a fully automatic wrap-around shrink packer for the versatile production of cartons, trays and film-wrapped trays of loose products and packs. Its extremely broad product spectrum runs from beverages through food products to sanitary items. With an output of up to 6,000 packs per hour the modular packer operates in the high-performance range. In folding the blanks tightly and precisely around the product groups, the wrap-around shrink packer ensures maximum pack stability. Our product-optimized shrink technology gives you excellent packaging quality. The Innopack Kisters WSP A consists of an Innopack Kisters WP A combined with a full film-wrapping module and shrink tunnel to generate a multitude of packaging options. The optional gas-heated shrink tunnel considerably helps to cut your energy costs and CO2 emissions. Using film made of 100% recycled material also reduces the packaging’s carbon footprint without any detriment to the pack stability or flawless appearance at the point of sale. Furthermore, application-oriented air control inside the shrink tunnel ensures perfect shrinking quality. Great ease of operation and an error diagnosis system integrated into the operator control unit provide maximum transparency with minimum machine downtime. The integrated high-tech film cutting and feeding system enables you to also process extremely thin shrink film.

Brief description: All KHS shrink packers can also be converted to this type of film. This upgrade can usually be easily retrofitted during ongoing production.
Benefits: By switching over to film made entirely of recycled material, you can significantly cut your carbon emissions in the packaging process in the long term without having to do without safe, high-quality secondary packaging.
Convincing: Should you have any questions about possible film thicknesses, shrink results or appearance, please feel free to contact us. On request we can test the film provided by your supplier at our special film laboratory for these parameters and give you the go-ahead for conversion quickly and reliably.
