The Innopro DX is first choice when it comes to deaerating beverage water for oxygen-sensitive and classic soft drinks or table water. The deaerating system, arranged vertically to save space, helps you to perfectly prepare your water in either a one or two-stage deaeration process. This fully automatic system provides you with reliable support in the resource-saving deaeration of your products. With it you can easily process up to 65,000 liters an hour.
Well thought out
As vacuum deaerating is carried out in a vertical deaeration tank, the Innopro DX can give you the highest possible deaeration effect with outstanding residual O2 values. Downstream of the deaeration process an optional disinfection unit using UV light can be integrated into the system. It is also feasible to pre-filter and post-filter your products to remove any particles. High quality assurance through continuous monitoring of the residual oxygen content in the product is another extremely practical feature of this machinery.
