Although designed primarily to fill beer, our systems are also able to effortlessly fill wine, water, and soft drinks. We are a one-stop shop for complete lines, beginning with interior and exterior washing, through filling, labeling, flash pasteurizing, CIP, and palletizing up to and including the necessary inspection equipment. These inline systems are designed for multi-shift operation and offer high machine availability. Our standard lines process 10 to 50-liter kegs in capacity stages of up to 90, 180, 270, and 360 kegs/hr and in individual instances up to 640 kegs/hr.  In addition to our standard lines, on request we of course offer you solutions for turnkey systems customized to meet your requirements.  Line concepts for rotary keg systems are thus available that are able to process up to 1500 kegs/hr (Innokeg Contikeg), large can systems that fill up to 2,800 5-liter cans/hr, and disposable Petainer keg systems capable of filling at up to 480 kegs/hr.

Thanks to its comprehensive 360° working range enabling maximum utilization of the processing radius, our innovative, multi-axis-controlled articulated Innopal RK robot offers you an extremely high level of freedom when planning your system. This freely programmable robot offers you cutting-edge robot technology on a minimum footprint.
