The Innofill Glass DNRT is a short-tube filler with a correction function for the fully automatic, computer-controlled filling of wine, mixed wine beverages, sparkling wine, cider, spirits and alcopops containing CO2 into glass bottles. The filler can process bottle formats holding between 0.1 and 1.5 liters at a rate of 10,000 to 70,000 bottles per hour.
The more valuable the product, the greater the loss that can result from inaccurate filling. Thanks to the automatic correction function on the Innofill Glass DNRT, each bottle is precision filled. The computer-controlled filling machine provides maximum product safety for the filling of what are chiefly high-quality beverages. Consistent hygienic design ensures the required level of hygienic safety throughout the entire filling process. This is also distinguished by its minimal oxygen pickup and exact fill level determination.

The wine filler’s modular design is based on the KHS Innofill filler platform. This means that the filler can be configured. If necessary, the Innofill Glass DNRT can be expanded to include further closure systems, for example. The filler processes the entire product spectrum produced by wine and sparkling wine bottlers. The automatic height-adjustable pressurization zone cladding and precise broken glass removal system make for perfect hygienic conditions.
